Yes, we accept refund & exchange request. You have 2 days after receiving parcel to easily return. Customer has to inform us for refund & exchange, after receiving your request, our representative confirm you then customer can send parcel to our address and we will refund or exchange within 24 hours after receiving that product. If customer want reverse pickup done by Tanchui, than in this case reverse pickup will be chargeable.
- What if, I receive damaged/different
product?
We dispatch parcel after QC (quality check) process so that customer need not to face such kind of issue. All customer are requested to make an opening video of product, in case you get any damaged/different product after QC, you can share that opening video to us by whatsapp or email. If you receive any damaged/different product, all responsibility lies on TANCHUI. You will get fresh & new product. Reverse pick up will be done by TANCHUI.
- What if, parcel is damaged while receiving courier?
In this case, customer need not to accept order. Customer should immediately inform us, and we will send new product to customer in replace of that product.
