1) National Market ( India)
Shipment and Delivery Time
We only sell the stuff which is available with us in warehouse. We maintain 100% inventory. What you see on the site catalog is stocked with us. Usually Product will be shipped within 24-48 hours of the order placed and will be delivered in 4-5 working days of being dispatched from our warehouse depending on the location. When order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation mail with tracking details.
Transit Risk
All orders dispatched by Tanchui.co.in are fully insured at no extra cost to the customers.
Shipping Charges
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
Delay in Delivery
If there is a delay in delivery caused due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstances, tanchui.co.in shall not refund, return, replace or exchange any order.
In case the delay in shipping is caused due to unavailability of stock TANCHUI.co.in shall inform you by email and you will be able to choose an alternate product, opt for store credit or receive a refund for that product.
Tanchui will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges as well.
NOTE: These days are merely indicative and your order could be shipped prior to or later than the mentioned date depending on the availability, customization and other factors attached to your order. The order dispatch time and shipping time varies from product to product.
