All customer are requested to make an opening video of product, in case you get any damaged/different product after QC, you can share that opening video to us by whatsapp or email. If you receive any damaged/different product, all responsibility lies on TANCHUI. You will get fresh & new product. Reverse pick up will be done by TANCHUI.

In this case, customer need not to accept order. Customer should immediately inform us, and we will send new product to customer in replace of that product.
